ARTIEMERGENT MASTER REFUND, CANCELLATION & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Artiemergent is committed to providing high-quality educational products, business resources, coaching, strategic advisory services, digital tools, templates, assessments, memberships, and accelerator experiences designed to help Builders move from purpose and ideas into structured execution and sustainable growth.

Because Artiemergent offers different types of products and services, refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and access policies vary depending on what is purchased.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, subscribing to, enrolling in, or otherwise using an Artiemergent product or service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms below.

This policy applies unless different terms are expressly stated on the applicable checkout page, order form, enrollment agreement, proposal, Statement of Work, or services agreement.

GENERAL POLICY PRINCIPLESĀ

Ā  Ā  1. Artiemergent products and services generally fall into the following categories:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Assessments
  • Templates and worksheets
  • Department Template Packs
  • Digital bundles
  • Business Starter Series products
  • Business Starter Series Bundle
  • Private AI Resource Vault
  • Memberships
  • Self-paced programs
  • Cohort-based Accelerator programs
  • Premium coaching and advisory services
  • Business Clarity Sessions
  • Strategy sessions
  • Consulting and advisory engagements
  • Executive services
  • Workshops and live events
  • Customized business resources and deliverables

Different refund rules apply because some products are delivered immediately while others require Artiemergent to reserve professional time, capacity, resources, research, or customized work.

  1. DOWNLOADABLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This section applies to standalone downloadable products such as:

  • One-Page Vision Builder
  • Customer Avatar Template
  • Business Model Canvas
  • Signature Offer Builder
  • Weekly Business Planning Template
  • Business planning tools
  • Financial tools
  • Marketing tools
  • Sales tools
  • Branding tools
  • Leadership tools
  • Systems tools
  • AI resources
  • Worksheets
  • Checklists
  • Playbooks
  • Guides
  • Frameworks
  • PDFs
  • Workbooks
  • Spreadsheets
  • Calculators
  • Presentations
  • Prompt libraries
  • Digital toolkits
  • Other instantly delivered downloadable resources

Digital Download Refund Policy

Because downloadable products provide immediate access to Artiemergent intellectual property, all downloadable digital product sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, opened, or delivered, except where otherwise required by law.

A customer may request assistance if:

  • the wrong product was delivered;
  • the file is materially defective;
  • the download link does not function;
  • the file cannot reasonably be opened using commonly available software; or
  • the customer was charged more than once for the same transaction.

When appropriate, Artiemergent may first attempt to correct the technical issue or provide a replacement file rather than issue a refund.

A change of mind after downloading or accessing a product does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

  1. BUSINESS ASSESSMENTS

This section applies to paid assessments including, but not limited to:

  • Business Readiness Assessment
  • Brand Clarity Assessment
  • Marketing Readiness Assessment
  • Sales Readiness Assessment
  • Systems Health Assessment
  • Builder Readiness Assessment
  • Business Growth Assessment
  • Department-specific assessments
  • Future Artiemergent readiness or diagnostic assessments

Assessment Refund Policy

Assessments are digital intellectual-property products.

Once the assessment has been:

  • opened;
  • started;
  • completed;
  • downloaded;
  • scored;
  • submitted; or
  • used to generate recommendations,

the purchase is generally non-refundable.

If a customer experiences a technical problem preventing reasonable use of the assessment, Artiemergent will first attempt to restore access or provide an alternative means of completing it.

Assessment results are educational and strategic tools and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific business, financial, employment, or revenue results.

  1. TEMPLATE PACKS

This section applies to Artiemergent Department Template Packs and related collections, including resources for areas such as:

  • Branding
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Customer Experience
  • Finance
  • Leadership
  • Hiring
  • Systems
  • AI
  • Business Strategy
  • Operations
  • Offers
  • Funnels
  • Planning
  • Growth

Because these packs contain multiple proprietary resources, they are considered digital products.

Refund Policy

Once any portion of a Template Pack has been downloaded or accessed, the Template Pack becomes non-refundable, except where required by law.

Partial refunds will not ordinarily be provided because a customer chooses to use only some of the included resources.

  1. PREMIUM TEMPLATE BUNDLES

Premium Template Bundles may contain multiple templates, implementation tools, planning resources, workbooks, checklists, assessments, scripts, frameworks, or related business resources.

Because purchasers receive substantial intellectual property upon access:

Premium Template Bundle purchases are final once the bundle or any substantial portion of its contents has been accessed or downloaded.

If the customer has not accessed or downloaded the bundle, Artiemergent may consider a written refund request submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Approval is not automatic and may depend on access records and circumstances.

  1. BUSINESS STARTER SERIES PRODUCTS

Individual Business Starter Series programs may include combinations of:

  • training modules;
  • workbooks;
  • templates;
  • tools;
  • assessments;
  • videos;
  • downloadable resources;
  • exercises; and
  • implementation materials.

Where immediate digital access is provided, customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided they have not substantially consumed or downloaded the product.

A customer will ordinarily become ineligible for a refund after substantially accessing or downloading the included materials.

  1. BUSINESS STARTER SERIES BUNDLE

The Business Starter Series Bundle currently provides access to multiple Starter programs, templates, tools, and associated resources.

Because substantial digital value is provided upon purchase, a customer may request a refund within 7 calendar days, provided that the customer has not substantially accessed, completed, or downloaded the bundle contents.

If a substantial portion of the bundle has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

The customer is purchasing the bundle as a package.

Unused programs within the bundle do not qualify for individual or prorated refunds.

Any stated access period, including a 12-month access period, refers to the period during which customers may access the applicable online resources. It does not convert the bundle into a month-to-month subscription unless expressly stated at checkout.

  1. PRIVATE AI RESOURCE VAULT

The Private AI Resource Vault may contain:

  • AI prompts;
  • AI workflows;
  • automation guidance;
  • operating-system resources;
  • templates;
  • implementation guides;
  • tool recommendations;
  • strategy resources;
  • prompt libraries;
  • business systems;
  • downloadable tools; and
  • periodically updated digital content.

Refund Policy

Due to the proprietary and immediately accessible nature of the Private AI Resource Vault, purchases become non-refundable once the Vault has been accessed or substantial materials have been downloaded.

If you have not accessed the Vault, you may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase.

We may review access logs when determining eligibility.

Vault Updates

Artiemergent may periodically:

  • add resources;
  • remove outdated resources;
  • update prompts;
  • replace templates;
  • reorganize materials;
  • modify delivery methods; or
  • improve the Vault experience.

The exact collection of Vault resources may change over time.

Purchasing access does not guarantee that every individual resource available on the purchase date will remain permanently available.

  1. BUILDER PLUS

Builder Plus is an ongoing membership, billed at $47 per month or $497 per year, that may include:

  • private community access;
  • educational resources;
  • workshops;
  • business tools;
  • challenges;
  • events;
  • recordings;
  • templates;
  • resource libraries; and
  • member-only content.

Initial Purchase Refund

New Builder Plus members may request a refund within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase.

After the 7-day period, the initial membership charge becomes non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Cancellation

Builder Plus may be canceled to prevent future renewal charges.

Cancellation applies to future billing and does not ordinarily refund a membership period that has already been purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, members may continue accessing Builder Plus until the end of the paid membership period.

Digital Resources

Digital resources downloaded while the membership is active remain subject to Artiemergent intellectual-property restrictions.

Cancellation does not grant the former member permission to redistribute, resell, republish, sublicense, or commercially distribute Artiemergent resources.

  1. SELF-PACED ACCELERATOR

The Self-Paced Accelerator provides access to educational programs, videos, workbooks, frameworks, templates, assessments, business tools, and other digital resources.

14-Day Conditional Refund

Participants may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided they have not substantially consumed the program.

Participants may become ineligible for a refund if they have:

  • completed more than approximately 20% of the program;
  • downloaded a substantial portion of the resources;
  • completed substantial assessments or assignments;
  • copied or reproduced program intellectual property; or
  • substantially consumed the digital materials.

Artiemergent may review course-access and download records when evaluating refund eligibility.

After 14 Days

After the refund period, payments are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Payment Plans

A payment plan is a financing arrangement for the total program price and is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.

Withdrawal from the program after the refund period does not automatically eliminate remaining payment obligations.

  1. CORE ACCELERATOR

The Core Accelerator is a structured program that may include:

  • curriculum access;
  • live coaching;
  • cohort sessions;
  • office hours;
  • accountability;
  • community access;
  • templates;
  • resources;
  • assessments;
  • workshops;
  • assignments;
  • guest experts; and
  • Demo Day participation.

Refund Period

Participants may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase or before the official program start date, whichever occurs first.

After the program begins, enrollment payments become non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Artiemergent.

Withdrawal

A participant may stop participating, but withdrawal does not automatically eliminate their remaining financial obligation.

Cohort Transfer

Artiemergent may, at its discretion, allow a participant to transfer to a future cohort when circumstances justify doing so.

Transfers:

  • are subject to availability;
  • require written approval;
  • may be limited to one transfer;
  • may include an administrative fee; and
  • do not constitute a refund.
  1. PREMIUM ACCELERATOR

The Premium Accelerator may include:

  • private strategy sessions;
  • personalized business roadmaps;
  • business assessments;
  • offer review;
  • brand review;
  • marketing strategy;
  • sales strategy;
  • AI operating-system design;
  • financial stewardship planning;
  • leadership development;
  • systems planning;
  • scaling strategy;
  • customized implementation resources;
  • priority support; and
  • personalized recommendations.

Before Personalized Services Begin

A participant may submit a written cancellation request before individualized work has begun.

Any approved refund may be reduced by amounts associated with:

  • completed onboarding;
  • assessments already reviewed;
  • professional preparation;
  • strategy work already completed;
  • third-party costs;
  • customized resources created; and
  • services already provided.

After Personalized Services Begin

Once Artiemergent begins individualized analysis, strategy, consulting, customized planning, private coaching, review, or development work, payments are generally non-refundable.

Payment Plans

Payment plans represent installment payments toward the complete Premium Accelerator fee.

Withdrawal does not automatically terminate remaining payment obligations.

  1. BUSINESS CLARITY SESSION

The Business Clarity Session is an advisory service that may include:

  • intake assessment;
  • pre-session business review;
  • identification of likely focus areas;
  • live strategy session;
  • recommendations;
  • strategic priorities;
  • action planning;
  • supporting tools; and
  • post-session resources.

Because professional time is reserved and preparation may occur before the meeting, the following rules apply.

Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before the Session

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Artiemergent may offer:

  • one rescheduled session;
  • account credit; or
  • a refund, where appropriate.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the session are generally non-refundable.

Artiemergent may allow one rescheduling opportunity at its discretion.

No-Shows

Failure to attend the scheduled Business Clarity Session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

After Preparation Has Begun

If Artiemergent has already performed substantial customized analysis, research, review, or strategy preparation, part or all of the session fee may become non-refundable even if the live meeting has not yet occurred.

  1. OTHER STRATEGY AND ADVISORY SESSIONS

This policy applies to other Artiemergent:

  • consulting sessions;
  • coaching sessions;
  • advisory calls;
  • business strategy sessions;
  • executive strategy sessions;
  • AI strategy sessions;
  • financial stewardship sessions;
  • leadership sessions;
  • marketing consultations;
  • sales consultations;
  • brand consultations;
  • systems consultations; and
  • implementation reviews.

Unless different terms are stated at purchase:

  • rescheduling should be requested at least 48 hours in advance;
  • late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session;
  • no-shows are generally non-refundable; and
  • services already performed are non-refundable.
  1. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Artiemergent may create custom work for clients, including:

  • customized strategy documents;
  • personalized roadmaps;
  • business plans;
  • presentations;
  • dashboards;
  • templates;
  • AI systems;
  • workflows;
  • operating procedures;
  • marketing strategies;
  • sales systems;
  • leadership resources;
  • organizational plans;
  • reports; and
  • other client-specific deliverables.

Customized Work Refund Policy

Once customized work begins, deposits and amounts attributable to work already performed are generally non-refundable.

If a project is canceled after work begins, the customer may remain responsible for:

  • completed work;
  • research;
  • planning;
  • meetings;
  • drafts;
  • design;
  • analysis;
  • project management;
  • third-party expenses;
  • reserved professional capacity; and
  • other work performed through the effective cancellation date.

Specific project agreements may contain additional cancellation provisions.

  1. EXECUTIVE ACCELERATOR / EXECUTIVE SERVICES

Artiemergent Executive engagements may involve:

  • executive advising;
  • organizational strategy;
  • growth planning;
  • leadership development;
  • financial strategy;
  • AI implementation;
  • operational planning;
  • executive coaching;
  • strategic analysis;
  • customized deliverables;
  • organizational assessments; and
  • implementation guidance.

Deposits and Retainers

Deposits or retainers identified as non-refundable in the Executive Services Agreement are non-refundable once paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If cancellation occurs before substantive work begins, refundable amounts will be determined according to the signed agreement.

After Work Begins

Once consulting, research, analysis, meetings, planning, preparation, customized deliverables, or other contracted work begins, fees associated with completed or committed work are non-refundable.

Remaining obligations will be governed by the applicable agreement, proposal, Statement of Work, or order form.

  1. LIVE WORKSHOPS, EVENTS AND TRAINING

For paid live:

  • workshops;
  • webinars;
  • training events;
  • masterminds;
  • seminars;
  • planning sessions; or
  • similar events,

refund requests should ordinarily be made at least 48 hours before the event unless different terms are stated at checkout.

Customers who fail to attend a live event are not automatically entitled to a refund.

Where available, Artiemergent may provide:

  • a recording;
  • event credit;
  • access to another session; or
  • an alternative resource.
  1. DOWNLOADS INCLUDED WITH SERVICES

Some coaching, advisory, Accelerator, membership, or consulting services include downloadable resources.

Receiving or downloading these resources does not create a separate refund right.

If a customer cancels a service, resources already downloaded remain subject to Artiemergent's intellectual-property terms.

Customers may retain authorized copies for their own permitted use but may not:

  • resell them;
  • share them publicly;
  • distribute them to unauthorized users;
  • upload them to public databases;
  • reproduce them for resale;
  • sublicense them;
  • claim ownership of them; or
  • use them to create substantially similar products for commercial resale.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Artiemergent resources may include proprietary:

  • frameworks;
  • methodologies;
  • assessments;
  • workbooks;
  • templates;
  • videos;
  • presentations;
  • dashboards;
  • spreadsheets;
  • calculators;
  • prompts;
  • automation systems;
  • scripts;
  • guides;
  • worksheets;
  • documents;
  • recordings;
  • resource libraries; and
  • business-development materials.

Purchase grants the customer a limited right to use the materials according to the license and terms associated with the applicable product.

Purchase does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or other intellectual-property rights to the customer.

  1. LICENSE FOR BUSINESS USE

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Artiemergent digital products are licensed to the purchasing customer or purchasing business for its own internal use.

Customers may generally:

  • complete worksheets for their business;
  • customize appropriate templates for internal operations;
  • use purchased planning tools within their organization; and
  • implement strategies and frameworks within their own business.

Customers may not generally:

  • resell the original templates;
  • upload the resources to a public resource library;
  • distribute them to unrelated businesses;
  • sell copies;
  • offer them as standalone products;
  • remove Artiemergent ownership notices where prohibited;
  • reproduce substantial portions for commercial training; or
  • represent Artiemergent materials as their own original intellectual property.

Separate licensing may be available for consultants, agencies, organizations, educators, or enterprises requiring broader usage rights.

  1. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, the customer should contact Artiemergent promptly.

When the duplicate transaction can reasonably be verified, Artiemergent may refund the duplicate payment.

  1. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

A technical issue alone does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Customers should first allow Artiemergent a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue by:

  • restoring access;
  • issuing a new download link;
  • replacing a damaged file;
  • providing another file format;
  • correcting account permissions; or
  • otherwise providing access to the purchased product.

If Artiemergent is unable to provide the purchased product after reasonable attempts, an appropriate refund or credit may be considered.

  1. CUSTOMER DEVICE AND SOFTWARE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for having reasonable internet access, devices, applications, or software required to use the purchased product.

Artiemergent cannot guarantee compatibility with every:

  • device;
  • operating system;
  • browser;
  • third-party application;
  • AI platform;
  • software version; or
  • technology configuration.

Where practical, Artiemergent will identify special software requirements before purchase.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND TECHNOLOGY

Artiemergent may use third-party platforms to deliver services and products, including learning platforms, payment processors, video platforms, AI tools, community platforms, and other technology providers.

Temporary outages, platform changes, or third-party technical issues do not automatically create refund eligibility when Artiemergent can reasonably restore or provide alternative access.

  1. AI TOOLS AND RESOURCES

Artiemergent may provide prompts, AI frameworks, workflows, automation guidance, AI tool recommendations, or other AI-related educational resources.

Third-party AI tools may:

  • modify their functionality;
  • change prices;
  • change their terms;
  • update models;
  • remove features; or
  • produce varying outputs.

Artiemergent does not control third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee that a specific external AI feature will remain available indefinitely.

The changing nature of a third-party AI platform alone does not entitle a customer to a refund for Artiemergent resources already delivered.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS VS. PAYMENT PLANS

There is an important distinction between subscriptions and payment plans.

Subscription

A subscription provides access during recurring billing periods and may generally be canceled to prevent future charges.

Example:

Builder Plus membership ($47/month or $497/year)

Payment Plan

A payment plan divides the full price of a product or program into multiple installments.

Example:

A Core Accelerator enrollment paid in three monthly installments of $1,749 ($5,247 total) remains a $5,247 enrollment commitment, even if the participant stops attending.

Canceling participation does not automatically cancel the remaining installment obligation after the applicable refund period expires.

  1. MISSED SESSIONS AND NON-PARTICIPATION

Failure to:

  • attend coaching calls;
  • attend strategy sessions;
  • participate in community discussions;
  • use resources;
  • complete coursework;
  • attend workshops;
  • attend office hours;
  • complete assignments; or
  • implement recommendations

does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

Artiemergent provides access, tools, education, strategy, guidance, and support according to the applicable offer.

The customer's decision not to use those resources does not constitute non-delivery by Artiemergent.

  1. RESULTS AND EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Artiemergent provides education, strategy, business development tools, frameworks, guidance, and advisory support.

Artiemergent does not guarantee:

  • revenue;
  • profitability;
  • sales;
  • customers;
  • investment;
  • funding;
  • business growth;
  • employment;
  • partnerships;
  • business success; or
  • any specific financial outcome.

Results vary based on numerous factors including implementation, skill, business model, market conditions, experience, resources, decisions, competition, and customer effort.

A customer's failure to achieve a desired business result does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund.

  1. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Artiemergent recognizes that unusual circumstances may arise.

Where appropriate, Artiemergent may choose to offer alternatives such as:

  • program credit;
  • cohort transfer;
  • rescheduling;
  • account credit;
  • temporary pause;
  • modified payment arrangements;
  • replacement resources; or
  • another reasonable accommodation.

Any exception is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another case.

  1. ARTIEMERGENT CANCELLATION

If Artiemergent cancels a paid program or service and cannot reasonably provide:

  • a replacement service;
  • rescheduled session;
  • equivalent program;
  • comparable resource; or
  • other agreed solution,

customers may be entitled to an appropriate refund for the portion of services not provided.

Ā

  1. BILLING DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers who believe a billing error occurred should contact Artiemergent promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers should provide Artiemergent an opportunity to address billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute where appropriate.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND, CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

Requests should be submitted in writing to:

Artiemergent
Email: customerservice@artiemergent.com
Website: www.artiemergent.com

Include:

  • customer's full name;
  • email address used at purchase;
  • product or service purchased;
  • transaction date;
  • scheduled session date, if applicable;
  • reason for the request; and
  • requested resolution.

Submission of a request does not guarantee refund eligibility.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where practical.

Actual processing time may depend on the customer's financial institution, payment processor, or method of payment.

  1. OFFER-SPECIFIC TERMS

Some Artiemergent offers may contain additional terms on:

  • checkout pages;
  • enrollment agreements;
  • contracts;
  • proposals;
  • order forms;
  • Statements of Work; or
  • service agreements.

Where an executed agreement contains terms specifically negotiated for a customer or engagement, those terms may control over this general policy to the extent stated in the applicable agreement.

  1. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing an Artiemergent product or service, the customer acknowledges that:

  1. They had the opportunity to review this policy before purchase.
  2. They understand that digital products may become non-refundable after access or download.
  3. They understand the difference between subscriptions and installment payment plans.
  4. They understand that purchasing a product does not guarantee particular business or financial results.
  5. They understand that Artiemergent intellectual property remains owned by Artiemergent or its applicable licensors.
  6. They agree to the cancellation and refund provisions associated with the purchased offer.
